A well-established Dubai-based company is hiring Sales Executives from Pakistan to expand its business across the UAE. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who understand outdoor sales, client handling, and relationship building, especially in uniforms, garments, and corporate supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities for a wide range of products including:
School uniforms, hospital uniforms, industrial and safety wear, hotel and restaurant uniforms, corporate uniforms, facility management apparel, safety items, and promotional giveaways. - Actively visit and cover all UAE states, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and Fujairah.
- Hold professional meetings with clients to understand their exact requirements and ensure accurate execution from order to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with production and internal departments to deliver the right product, with the right quality, at the right time.
- Generate new inquiries and develop clients using cold calling, door-to-door sales, social media outreach, and other effective marketing techniques.
- Manage existing accounts and provide after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management to support future business planning and expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in textiles, garments, uniforms, or related industries.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and basic written).
- Solid understanding of sales logic, negotiation, and client handling.
- Confident personality with problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales.
